This national standard specifies size, shape, weight, technical requirement, test method, test rules, coating, mark and quality certificate of spiral submerged arc-welded steel pipe for pipeline for low-pressure fluid service (hereafter referred to "steel pipe" as simply).
This standard is applicable to steel pipe for pipeline for service of common low-pressure fluid such as water, sewage, air, heating steam and flammable fluid. It is also applicable to steel pipe for pipeline for other fluid service with similar requirements.
