This regulation specifies the basic hygienic requirements and management rules for food processing, material purchase, transport and storage as well as factory design and facilities of food enterprises.
This regulation is applicable to enterprises and enterprises and factories for producing and dealing with food; it also provides reference for various food products factory to formulate professional hygienic regulation.

3 Hygienic Requirements for Material Purchase & Transport
3.1 Purchase
3.1.1 The material shall be purchased in accordance with the quality & hygienic standards or hygienic requirements of such material.
3.1.2 The purchased material shall keep certain freshness, and shall feature the color, aroma, taste and appearance of such variety; and it shall not contain toxic and harmful substance and shall not be contaminated.
3.1.3 The simple processing of certain collected agricultural products and byproducts for convenient processing, transport and storage shall meet the hygienic requirements and shall not cause contamination and potential hazard on food; otherwise, the materials shall not be purchased.
3.1.4 The purchasing personnel shall have the knowledge and skill of simply identifying the quality hygiene of material.
3.1.5 The wrapper or container for material shall be innoxious, harmless and free from contamination; and they shall meet the hygienic requirements.
3.1.6 The structures of reused wrapper or container shall be convenient for cleaning and disinfection; more inspection shall be conducted on them and those contaminated shall not be used.
