The method one in this standard is applicable to the qualitative examination of staphylococcus aureus in food; The method two is applicable to the enumeration of staphylococcus aureus in food with higher content of staphylococcus aureus; The method three is applicable to the enumeration of staphylococcus aureus in food with lower content of staphylococcus aureus however higher content of mixed fungus.
