1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for monitoring equipments of power quality.
This standard is applicable to the following indoor equipments monitoring the power quality of AC power systems and their equipments.
——Stationary monitoring equipment;
——Portable monitoring equipment.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.

Voltage deviation
Deviation of the power supply voltage to the nominal voltage

Frequency deviation
It refers to the difference of actual value and nominal value of system frequency.

Harmonic
It refers to the component with a frequency one integral multiple greater than the fundamental frequency and obtained by decomposing the fourier series of periodic alternating current component.

Voltage fluctuation
It refers to a series of changes or continuous changes for voltage root mean square value.

Flicker
It refers to the visual sense caused by instable lighting illumination.

Unbalance factor
Unblanced degree of three-phase in the three-phase power system and shall be represented by root mean square value percentage of negative sequence component and positive sequence component of voltage or current.
