1 Scope
This standard specifies the contents and criteria for the quality acceptance of inspection batch, subitem project, subsection (sub-subsection) project and unit (subunit) project in the oil and gas construction automation instrumentation engineering quality acceptance.
This standard is applicable to the quality acceptance of oil and gas construction automation instrumentation engineering.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this standard, the terms and definitions established in GB 50093 - 2002, GB 50166, GB/T 50312 and SY 4200 as well as the following ones apply.
3.1
Site instrument
It is a generic term referring to all the apparatus and instruments installed outside of the instrument panel (cabinet, desk and box) in the control room.
3.2
Instrument accessory
It is a generic term referring to the apparatus installed on the instrument body, instrument pipeline and instrument line for the purpose of meeting or improving the instrumentation properties, or referring to the material equipment for the instrument protection.
4 General Provisions
4.1 This standard is formulated in accordance with the requirements of the current laws and regulations, administrative standards and technical standards of the state as well as oil and gas industry related to the engineering quality.
4.2 The requirements for the construction quality in the technical documents and contract documents adopted in the automation instrumentation engineering construction shall not be less than those of this standard.
4.3 This standard shall be used in combination with SY 4200.
4.4 As for the engineering not listed in this standard, corresponding quality acceptance standards shall be formulated or adopted by the development organization as the quality acceptance criteria, and reported to the competent department for the record.
4.5 As for the quality acceptance of automation instrumentation engineering, not only the requirements stipulated in this standard, but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall be complied with.
