1 Scope
This standard specifies the quality acceptance for inspection lot and subitem project in the construction engineering of natural gas conditioning plant, as well as quality management and control on construction site.
This standard is applicable to the construction quality acceptance of newly-built, rebuilt, or extended engineering of natural gas conditioning plant.
This standard is not applicable to the construction quality acceptance of water supply, power supply, sewage treatment, sewage irrigation, road engineering, etc., outside the plant area, supported for construction engineering of natural gas conditioning plant.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1 Natural gas conditioning plant
Plant in which natural gas is treated with desulfurization (decarburization), dehydration, etc., and acid gas is treated.
3.2 Acceptance
The concerned organizations involved in the construction activities jointly conduct the inspection for the quality of inspection lot, subitem, subsection and unit projects on the base of the qualified self-inspection on the constructional quality of oil and gas construction engineering conducted by the construction organization and make a writing confirmation the quality conformity condition of engineering in accordance with the relevant standards.
3.3 Inspection lot
An inspection group composed of a certain quantity of samples collected for inspection according to the same production conditions or the specified modes.
3.4 Inspection
Activity of conducting measurement, inspection and tests for the properties of testing items, comparing the results and the requirements of the standards, and determining the conformity of all property items.
3.5 Dominant item
Inspection items that have decisive effects on quality and public interest in a oil and gas construction engineering.
3.6 General item
Inspection items except the dominant items.
3.7 Sampling inspection
Inspecting by randomly selecting a certain amount of specimens by inspection lot from site material, components, equipment or engineering testing items according to the required sampling scheme.
3.8 Repair
measures like refitting for disqualified position of the engineering.
3.9 Rework
measures like re-fabricating or re-working for unqualified engineering position.
3.10 Pre-testrun
Activities conducted before commissioning and after completing installation engineering, covering internal processing of piping system and equipment, commissioning of electrics and instruments, single commissioning test run, linked commissioning test run, etc.
